Without a will, the local authority will decide who inherits your assets and who looks after your children. Without the proper powers of attorney, your spouse or family members won’t necessarily be able to make decisions for you, sign documents, run errands, or even make healthcare decisions on your behalf. There are solutions to these problems, relatively simple ones, as a matter of fact.
No matter your reasons or your situation, now is the time to iron things out. Even the most basic will is better than not having one- it doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Remember- your will is not for you, it’s for those you leave behind.
If you’re a key worker or elderly, we’re offering 15% discounts on all our services, along with significantly reduced prices on LPAs.
Who would look after your family if something were to happen to you? Do you have Power of Attorney for your elderly parents? If you don’t, how are you going to look after them if they’re stuck indoors? These are difficult questions to answer. But there are answers, and I’m here to help.
