Without a will, the local authority will decide who inherits your assets and who looks after your children. Without the proper powers of attorney, your spouse or family members won’t necessarily be able to make decisions for you, sign documents, run errands, or even make healthcare decisions on your behalf. There are solutions to these problems, relatively simple ones, as a matter of fact.
No matter your reasons or your situation, now is the time to iron things out. Even the most basic will is better than not having one- it doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Remember- your will is not for you, it’s for those you leave behind.
We will be going live on our Facebook page on Friday 3 April at 12:00pm to alleviate the financial concerns many of us have during these challenging times.
